Streetside Communities is an innovative building team comprised of two builders…Wayne Blaxton and John Higginbotham.

Wayne Blaxton is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Building Technology degree. A native of Alabama, Wayne has devoted his entire career to the building industry. From estimating to superintendant to owner, Wayne has vast experience in all areas of development and building.

John Higginbotham is a native of Alabama and graduate of Athens State. John’s hands on experience in the homebuilding business brings an invaluable element to our building team. John’s focus is on custom designs and extraordinary customer service.
