Heritage Homes, LLC - The Main Street Collection

Heritage Homes, LLC was founded by Doug, David and Yvonne Schram in 1983.  With a focus on custom homes, this family owned and operated building company has built over 200 homes in the Huntsville, Madison and Madison County and the Athens and Limestone County areas. 

Today, Heritage Homes, LLC is owned and operated by Doug, David and David’s son Jeremy.  Jeremy joined the company 5 years ago and is the next generation to manage the company into the future.  Doug, David and Jeremy have a “Hands On” philosophy that ensures every homebuyer that their home will be managed by trained professionals.  Yvonne Schram is involved with the design and marketing aspects of the company.

Building enduring architecturally designed homes and providing impeccable customer service is the focus of Heritage Homes, LLC.   

Heritage Homes, LLC has built homes in many communities which include Clift’s Cove, Heritage Provence, Abbington Downs and Woodfield.
